- Preheat & Prep

- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients

- In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
- Mix until smooth.
- Combine Batter

- Bake
- Divide batter evenly between pans.

- Cool
