🧾 Ingredients
For the Turkey Wings:
- 3–4 turkey wings (cut into sections if whole)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

For the Gravy:
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons flour (for thickening)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
👩🍳 Directions
- Preheat oven
- Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey wings
- Pat wings dry and place in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, poultry seasoning, and thyme.
- Rub seasoning all over the wings.
- Add vegetables
- Scatter sliced onions, bell peppers, and garlic over and around the wings.
- Add liquid
- Pour chicken broth and water into the dish (not directly washing off seasoning—pour around edges).
- Cover and bake
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Uncover and brown
- Remove foil and bake another 20–30 minutes until wings are browned and tender.
- Make gravy
- Remove wings and set aside.
- Pour pan drippings into a saucepan.
- Mix flour with a little water to make a slurry, then whisk into drippings.
- Simmer until thickened into gravy.
- Serve
- Pour gravy over turkey wings and serve hot.
